We have decided that this competition will only have best lifter trophies for Unequipped lifters. Equipped lifters are very welcome to lift as normal, but we wanted to give more prominence to the unequipped lifters for this comp. We already have a good deal of interest and we hope this is another busy competition. Details and a link to an entry form is given below. Why not join the chat about this competition on Facebook.
If you are intending to lift, please get your entry forms in before the closing date. We are going to tighten up on people just turning up and expecting to lift on the day - as it hinders the smooth running of the competitions. If you don't enter before the closing date, it will only be accepted at the discretion of the organiser and you WILL NOT get a trophy or certificate. Also, Stevie wanted me to remind you that there are clear rules about attire (e.g. plain / competition t-shirts only) and kit checks will be carried out. See IPF Rules if you are unsure.
We are looking for people to help out with the loading on the platform - and everybody who lifts should take their turn at it. Competitions need loaders, but we always seem to rely on the same people putting a shift in. If you've lifted recently and not spotted, then this means YOU!!
